About the Project

The Covid-19 pandemic was new territory for everyone. Especially for parents and their children.
We were briefed by BIC Stationery to conceptualise and execute a digital campaign that would spark creativity, inspiration and give parents a tool to connect with their children and keep them entertained during this challenging period. Click on the images to watch the videos.

The Solution

Produce a series of original drawing tutorials, link them to competition and seed them on social media over a period of 6 weeks.

The biggest challenge for us as an agency is that due to lockdown regulations, we were unable to secure a studio or a professional videographer. We adapted and produced all content on an iPhone using a makeshift camera stand.


From a performance perspective, this campaign was the 3rd best performing digital campaign in the entire BIC MEA region for Q1 2020. The campaign achieved the following results:

  • Total Campaign Reach: 823,290
  • Total Enagements: 3,885
  • Total Video Views: 300,610
  • Total Drawings Submitted: 134
