Looking Fresh : Fashion and Homeware Project

Digital Strategy, Social Media, Paid Media, and Landing Page Design

About the Project: 

We partnered with Payflex to launch the Looking Fresh campaign, spanning both fashion and homeware from August to October 2024. The goal? To reward existing Payflex shoppers and attract new ones with engaging, interactive shopping experiences.

For homeware, we introduced a “Shop the Room” concept, featuring weekly curated spaces from the bedroom to the living room and kitchen. Users could explore and shop directly from these room setups.

For fashion, we created a “Shop the Look” experience, allowing users to style mannequins with the latest spring must-haves, making shopping fun and effortless.

The campaign was supported by paid social content across Meta and TikTok, driving traffic to dedicated landing pages and delivering impressive results:

Fashion Campaign:

Impressions: 264,919

Reach: 172,325

Clicks: 4,607

Engagements: Over 2,000 new users directed to merchants like Shelflife and Diesel

Homeware Campaign:

Impressions: 220,944

Reach: 129,185

Clicks: 2,679

Conversions: 10,000+ exit clicks driving traffic to top merchants like Boardman’s and Bed Bath & Home
